Our Services
Fire Protection
Design
Precision-engineered fire suppression systems designed with constructability in mind — from hydraulic calculations through final AHJ approval. We build systems that get installed clean.
What We Design
Every system
starts with the
right design.
Bad fire protection design costs money twice — once when it's drawn wrong, and again when it has to be fixed in the field. We get it right the first time: hydraulically sound, coordination-ready, and built to pass inspection.
Our Design Process
How We Build a Design That Works
01
Understand the Project
We start with water supply data, architectural drawings, and a clear picture of what the AHJ will require before a single pipe is placed.
02
Design to Build
Every layout decision accounts for how the system will be installed — ceiling heights, beam pockets, coordination zones, and contractor sequencing.
03
Coordinate Early
We share models and drawings with the MEP coordination team before conflicts become change orders. Early friction saves late money.
04
Push Through Approval
We prepare and track the full submittal package and respond to AHJ comments directly. You don't chase it — we do.
